Before connecting: Confirm the selected server's iDRAC address and Service Tag against the current site record.

Workflow finished. Ensure the work record is saved and handed over.
What to do
What you should see
Choose the approved VM route
Do not use physical server power controls until all running workload VMs have been migrated or safely stopped and verified.
Record the work
Complete the approved support ticket or Zuper record.
Problem found — stop and assess
Do not proceed with further power actions
Record the exact error, affected component, time and server power state.
Preserve relevant screenshots and logs. Contact SRT for the approved next action if the issue cannot be resolved through the permitted checks.
Shutdown safety: If any workload VM is still running, do not shut down the physical server.
